This review is from: BAFX Products BAFX3127 Bluetooth OBD2 Diagnostic Scan Tool for Android Only
Pros: Connects properly to my Android phone via Bluetooth.
Cons: Message says it cannot connect to the ECU, the engine computer unit. My car is a 2007 Honda CRV which is OBD II compliant. I followed instructions repeatedly, but this unit cannot read my CRV's ECU.
Other Thoughts: I took the CRV to a Honda dealer where they connected a Snap-On Solus code reader which worked perfectly. A car parts store's code reader also connected properly.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Beautiful display, perfect for photo editing, BluRay movies or other fine-quality work. Display is splendid even at its native 1920 resolution using an HDMI video card output. The monitor's USB 3.0 outputs are very convenient, and the adjustment for vertical display is easy.
Cons: This monitor will not display its full 2560X1440 resolution with HDMI. It requires a video card with a DisplayPort output and a DisplayPort cable for full resolution, but this is not explained in the included directions. I use an XFX R7750 Core Edition video card which has a DisplayPort output.
Other Thoughts: It has a beautiful picture but you can get a new 4K monitor for about the same price as this 2560 monitor. Its price seems relatively high now.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Lasted about 3 years and 2 months, which is considerably beyond the 2-year warranty. The modular connectors are convenient and make a neat installation, and the blue led light is nice.
Cons: Its life ended suddenly with a horrendous, internally contained explosion that I thought must've ruined the motherboard and/or the CPU, but they survived in good condition. It's only a bronze-rated power supply, so the components probably are lower quality than a gold- or platinum-rated power supply.READ FULL REVIEW
