Pros: Started using GSkill on older finicky Intel boards (e.g. DP43BF) and have had zero issues with compatibility. Also works without issue in the Dell 780 series. Will continue to use and recommend these for customer rebuilds.
Cons: No heat spreader, but really for the price this is not "over clocker" material. so None.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Ordered 4 of these despite some negative reviews about the length, but they're perfect for my mid-tower and HTPC builds. Reasonably pliable, no fear of braking any internal wiring. Solid latches at both ends. Great price too.
Cons: None as yet, see other thoughts.
Other Thoughts: Measured each of the 4 cables I purchased and they are exactly 10 inches from the very end of the connector to the other end.
So buyer beware, take a piece of scrap CAT5 cable and route it exactly where you want your SATA cable to go from MB to Hard Drive, mark it off on one end and measure the length. Ad an inch for slack and order the SATA cable nearest your result.
