Pros: Quiet...FINALLY a quiet PSU, no whines or buzzes or fans sounding like a jet engine.
Quality all black cables, looks very nice.
Comes with a lot of cables. I had a lot left over since I have a single GPU/single SSD set up.
Looks nice. The black and red body goes nicely with the all black cables.

Cons: Fan revs up high for about 10 seconds when first booting up. Not a big deal for me but could see it being a big deal for others.

Other Thoughts: This replaced my loud buzzy EVGA Supernova 750b. The cables look 10x better and feel 10x better (they can be bent for better cable management a lot easier). It is cool being able to control the fan speed, I have mine set to 40% at all times and still can't hear it at all in my R4.

Pros: Came 100% working properly out of box.
Low Profile.

Cons: Had to buy off of another site :(

Other Thoughts: Fits underneath a Noctua NH-d14, so it'll probably fit under any heat sink. 0 issues with this RAM.

Pros: Able to achieve 60 FPS @ 1080p maxed out on all the games I play (Metro, BF4, Alien:Isolation, GTA V)

Cons: I keep getting ,what seems to be random, a black screen crash in any game I play. While playing the screen will go black and stay black while my computer is still on. The only thing I can do to get out of this is power down my computer. Temps on this card are never over 75C for me so I don't think it's a temperature issue.

Other Thoughts: So after playing around with the settings in MSI Afterburner I have fixed my black screen crash issue. In Afterburner I dropped both clock speeds by 50MHz (still faster than stock 970 speeds) increased power limit to 110% and have the fan speed set to 35% (can not hear it in a Fractal Design Define R4) at all times. Since then I have had no crashes or any issues with the card. I'm sure I could probably increase clock speeds a little more, but at the moment I am playing it safe since I can finally just enjoy this card.

Clock speeds seemed to have been set to high from factory since underclocking (-50MHz) fixed it.
