Pros: Installed 4 in a H/W RAID 5 configuration using a CineRAID CR-H458 and Windows Server 2008 R2.. CineRAID specifically lists these drives (WD20EFRX) among other as compatible. After getting past initial bad shipping and a DOA and all the aggravation that entails, they are running perfectly
Cons: Something is wrong somewhere. It is either the way they are being shipped or QC at WD. No matter, there is a problem. I'll note that the bubble sleeves look effective they may not be. HGST for example ships with two inexpensive plastic endcaps that keep the drive tight in the bog and suspended from all sides and they always arrive in good order. WD, Seagate and others use a similar system iirc.
Other Thoughts: I never EVER had a problem when Newegg used to ship UPS 3-day as their standard. Ever since the change I've had nothing but problems and slow delivery. Every box has some kind of damage now when it arrives. Newegg is penny wise and dollar foolish I think.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Edimax EW-7438RPn V2 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender, Repeater, Wireless Bridge, Access Point, Wall Plug design, Smart LED Signal Indicator, Easy iQSetup by Smart Phone (No CD Required)
Pros: Very easy to setup.
Cons: Terrible power output. terrible. I put this in a room with 2 ip cameras withing 10 feet. 1 is in front of the device and the other is in back of the device with a standard home wall between them. Both camera see the primary router signal as good as the Edimax! Not possible right? So, I took my Android phone with Wifi Analyzer running and confirmed it. the thing just has NO power.
Other Thoughts: I spent rime seeing if there were some simple tweak I could make that would boost the output power but found nothing that made a difference. Either mine is bad or you are an easy to please crowd.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Energizer Black Universal Rechargeable Power Pack (XP2000K)
Pros: Great charging kit with lots of charging tips. 8 seperate pieces that all fit snugly in a firm foam cutouts in zippered case. Everything you need on the road in one place: Wall charger, car charger, coiled USB cable, 4 tips and a 2,000mAh Universal Rechargeable Power Pack
Cons: Wish the Universal Rechargeable Power Pack had 2X the capacity. So buy a couple at this price.
Other Thoughts: I can see why this kit was selling in the $60 range. It's well made and complete.READ FULL REVIEW
