Pros: great hardware for the price
Cons: battery life as with all tegra 3 devices . no aftermarket cases what so ever but it aleast comes with one .
Other Thoughts: this is the same phone as k-touch v8. have this phone for about a 2 months now . i love it i get around 12-15 hrs of battery life for my usage . it comes with ics 4.04 which is alright . but i wanted jelly bean so i rooted it found a guide on xda now im running cm10 4.1.2 fast and stable . one thing i noticed about this phone was how bright the screen is even when you set it to the lowest settings . if you wanting to root you need to use the binary4 method i used version 15 follow guide on xda how to use . google k-touch v8 xda and you will find the english version of cwm . you can find this phone cheaper if you look around . maybe look for the k-touch v8 same phone half this price .
this phone works with att prepaid . used it with them for about 1 month data speeds were about 2-6mb down . not bad but att data plans sucks so i switched to tmobile get the same data speeds and get unlimited 4g data . if your using it on att you need to manually set apn settings . on tmobile it auto detects apns . there also is a google+ community for blu products . .
bottom line is if your looking for a cheap phone with good specs and a nice screen this is it .only thing is y ou need to root it to get jelly bean on it . i will be getting more blu product phones as soon as the release one with kitkat on it
Pros: price and how it performs. beats any amd cpu at this price point
Other Thoughts: got this to replace my phenom 820 oc at 3.5ghz. I mainly just encode videos and play world of warcraft. and let me tell you forget about what everyone says about amd true quad core is better than dual core with hyperthreading. in wow I was averaging 40-50fps in heavy populated area in orge with everything on max but shadows are at low. with this i3 I get 70-80 in heavy populated area same settings . I love it . encoding videos times dropped from 12 min to 8 min 1.2gig movie file. for the price you cant beat this .
