Pros: Does exactly what it says.
Doesn't have a big heat sink so it doesn't interfere with the CPU fan.
Cons: Faster would be nicer but you won't notice the difference anyway.

Pros: What can I say? This is by far the best value CPU that Intel offers. For most work and gaming this is actually all the power you'll ever need. Save your money and spend it on an SSD or a better graphics card or monitor.
Cons: None that I can see.
Other Thoughts: If you need more graphics power than the Intel HD engine can provide then get an entry level dedicated graphics card. However, unless you're into virtualization or have to deal with massive Photoshop files or run engineering CAD application, you will probably not need more CPU power.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: A great little board for budget builds. If you don't need features like HDMI or Display Port or optical audio output then this board is amazing value for work and gaming PCs.
Cons: There are really only two cons:
1. There is very little documentation so first time builders may need to online community help in getting everything configured.
2. The USB headers on the board are USB2 only. There is a v2 of this product that fixes that but that was not a problem in my case as I recycled an old case with only USB2 ports anyway.
Other Thoughts: I combined this board with a Haswell G3220 and 4Gb of RAM to upgrade an existing system and the results were astonishing. For everyday work usage it has all the power you'll ever need and as a bonus the total system power consumption has dropped to around 40W in typical usage. Not bad for a $160 upgrade.READ FULL REVIEW
