This review is from: Corsair MM600 CH-9000084-WW Double-Sided Gaming Mouse Mat
Pros: This thing is awesome. Perfect texture (choice of 2, grippier and slippier sides). Construction is sturdy and sleek.
Doesn't flex or slip and its easy to balance on uneven desks.
Large enough to support your palm and even allow you to pile stuff on it without getting in the way of the mouse.
no issues with mouse tracking
Cons: cannot think of anyREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Easy install
not fussy about ram
Cons: what happened to quality? DOA, dead within 2 months... what is going on with motherboards lately?? i cant afford constant downtime and shipping charges for something that is few weeks old running stock specs.
if it went bad because i OC, fine. but no.. no heat issues, no warning,. just died.
Other Thoughts: purch 9/19/2014 with overnight to replace a DOA board that wasn't worth my time to deal with.
Today nov 5th my computer just shut off. wonderful smell of burned electrics emitted from my case. board will not power.
the usb extension port just blinks. and blinks. should be solid on. So there is some intermittent power on the board but that's about it. no warning. just died.
i earn $ streaming and can't afford to jump hoops with support for weeks shipping back and forth and what not. at this point im mildly agitated.
guess its time for another overnight new board purchase.
This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Looks nice. Heavy, sturdy. Solid connectors. Basically physical build is nice
Cons: Dead out of the box. Wont even enter post.
When dual bios enabled, it cycle resets itself immediately upon powered on
When set to single bios, it stays on (saying its using main bios) but nothing happens. power to fans and cpu (some heat). nothing else.
NO codes on the onboard LCD display. It's dark.
Nada. Dead. Won't even enter post.
Tried all configurations and alternate hardware and it does the same thing no matter what i've hooked it to.
Bought this a while back and it was in storage as I didn't need it right away. Cant return it now and I find it pointless to waste my time with giga support. Cheaper/faster to buy a new board from another company at this point since I need the system up now.
Other Thoughts: never wait to check these. apparently they ship them DOA. unacceptable for a 200$ board
Ive had issues with all mobo brands over the years but this is the first one that's dead out of the box.
If it fried my 4790 i'll be very upset.
