This review is from: ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: It's cheap and does the job. It's a good motherboard for a low-mid budget computer.
Cons: It seems like the most common complaint about this motherboard is how it fails after about 1-2 years. This proved true to myself as it died about 1 and a half years into ownership. I'm going to attempt to get the warranty since it has a 3 year warranty, but expect this motherboard to go out within 2 years.
It also doesn't have a lot of port options, but I didn't mind that since it was a 89.99 motherboard.
This review is from: Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Three Included Fans - 1 x Front Blue LED 120mm Fan, 1 x Top 140mm Fan, 1 x Rear 120mm Fan - Two More Optional Side 120mm Fans Supported
Pros: To start off, it's a cool looking case with a blue LED fan in the front to give it that gamer feel. It also came with 3 fans (front, top, rear) with additional fan space on the side for extra cooling. When I wanted to add an aftermarket heat sink, it conveniently anticipated this upgrade and I didn't have to remove my motherboard to install it which was a big upside for me.
Cons: The fans in the rear and top (especially 140mm on top) was much louder than I wanted it be. I could hear it when I had my earphones on and it definitely bothered me. I just ended up removing the top fan but kept the other 120mm because it was much quieter than the 140mm.
It can also be difficult to make upgrades either with fans, heatsinks, etc. The screws were a bit unwilling and it gave me a much harder time than it should have.
Took off an egg for these 2 factors, but it is still a good product
Other Thoughts: I got this on sale and it was definitely worth it. Even if it wasn't on sale, this case would be one to consider. It's good for the price. It's not a $150 case so don't expect this case to blow your mind, but it's still pretty good for the price.READ FULL REVIEW
