Pros: Great processcor. Stable, fast, doesnt run too hot. The only thing left to test is how well it does overclocked, but based on how stale it is at defaults and by reading the gabillion positive OC reviews, I do not expect it will disappoint.

Cons: It doesnt do my laundry for me?

Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5

Pros: Decent price for size/speed of the drive, seems to be quite solid

Cons: I am skeptical about the reported transfer speeds (ie. 6GB/s). Its not that I feel the two I got are slow... I have them in a RAID 1 config, and I know that can slightly impact performance, but I am not seeing anything resembling a 2x read-response benefit compared to my old 3GB/s drives.

Still good drives, but I probably should have gone with SAS drives and a PCI RAID card... its just way more expensive to do that.
