Pros: Great concept and easy to install.

Cons: Product not ready to ship. Popping noises, not powering off when signle has dropped.

Overall Review: I purchased this product and the 1st day I hooked it up I had problems that others have mentioned in their reviews. Specifically loud popping and hissing noises coming from unit and it failing to shut down when power to amp was turned off. I contacted support and told them the issue and they sent me a new wireless transmitter unit. After several weeks of use, I still was getting the popping and hissing noises and contacted support again. They asked me to try and eliminate any and all things that could be interfering w/ the wireless uniit. i.e. Routers and other wireless devices. Long story short, due to business travel and emails back and forth over a period of about 80+ days I was not able to get things resolved and contacted support (keep in mind, I am dealing w/ same person each time I respond) and told them I had tried everything but I still continue to get popping from unit and it fails to recognize when signal is lost. I was then told because I had gone past 90 days, I now would have to send in unit, at my expense for evaluation/repair. I asked Polk to reconsider this and requested they send me a new unit and I would return this one in the box they sent the new one in. However, they ignored my email request and I had to follow up with them again to ask if they would please reconsider this and send me a new unit. They just responded that they will not. So, I reluctantly will send this junk back and hope that it gets fixed. However, I will not ever purchase from Polk again and I would not suggest anyone buy this product as it is not worth the pain and money you might go through.
