Pros: 1.) Handles 3TB drives, USB 3.0 speed 3.)one touch on/off to remove drive.
Make sure to update/install your USB 3.0 controller drivers if you have never done so, and don't pull a drive out immediately after power off. It will still be spinning for few seconds.
Cons: I wish that you could buy more of the silicon drive gloves, they are prett cool and can be used with the dock.READ FULL REVIEW

Cons: cost is high.
Other Thoughts: If you want a high quality stable board that will interface with the next generation hardware (next Intel CPU, SATA III hard drives, and USB 3.0 enclosures, drives, etc..) then this is your choice.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Works. What to say. It has internal headers in case your Motherboard doesn't have them, doesn't have enough or they aren't working. I used it for additional extra USB 2.0 external ports. My motherboard ports were getting a little worn on on of my older PCs. I purchased 2, and have not used the 2nd yet.
Cons: None.READ FULL REVIEW
