Pros: I'm running a Core i7 920 at 2.67GHz. This heatsink is so good that I don't even need to attach a fan to it. Of course, I'm not overclocking much or anything -- the nice thing is that my computer is now extremely quiet with nothing but a silent case fan.
Cons: 1. The backplate is a little bit thick and I needed to put washers in order to have my motherboard sit flat on all the screws. 2. The heatsink is *huge* and just barely fits in my case with about 2 mm of clearance to the side panel of the case. If my motherboard were just a little higher, it wouldn't work for me.
Other Thoughts: Other than the minor installation issues, it's a great heatsink. Idle temps around 37-40 degrees and full load no higher than 56 degrees so far.
