Cons: DEAD after little more than 3 months of light use

Overall Review: After ONLY 3.5 months of very intermittent use they DIED. I only wore them while mowing the lawn for about 1 hour 1 or 2 times a week. Bought in May, started working intermittently in early August, and now totally DEAD. Philips is generally a good company, but I cannot recommend this particular product.

Pros: As the title states, it's a great LOOKING tower.

Cons: I wanted to upgrade the RAM, and ordered 16GB of DDR3-1600 (just like the spec's said was already in it, it had only 4GB to start). I tried to replace the 4x1 with the 8x2, and the PC didn't boot. I pulled one stick and it booted fine, I added the 4 back in and it still booted. So I tried the 8x2 again... no go! So I tried each 8gb stick by itself and one "appeared" to be bad, so I returned that RAM and ordered new. Paid addtional shipping! New RAM showed up, BUT SAME RESULTS. : ( I am guessing the RAM was NOT bad the first time. I contacted Asus and they said they have NO RAM COMPATIBILITY list for this PC, ...WHAT!?! So now the whole thing has gone back, there goes another $27 in shipping LOST, plus a $45 re-stocking fee.

Overall Review: I will not be recommending Asus products to anyone who asks in the future after losing almost $100 on this MISadventure.

Pros: The design seems solid and boy! Is it small!

Cons: So far i have only managed to get my Win 8 PC to see and format the drive... as for using Acronis to clone my existing SSD over to this...? No luck, between Acronis either NOT seeing the drive (at the same time in which I can see it in Win Explorer), or when I do see it and get Acronis to start the process it hangs every single time during the initial reboot process. I don't know if this is an issue with the drive or Acronis, but I have contacted both tech supports... we'll see which responds first and more importantly, who can get this issue resolved to my satisfaction.

Overall Review: I will try to remember to update this IF I get a solution.

Pros: It looks pretty, that's about it.

Cons: Cheap pan, hard to control heat settings on unit.

Overall Review: On first use, the pan warped and with induction cooking that means no contact = uneven heating. Not to mention, the temperature settings available jump like 50-70 degrees at a pop (no, you can't just choose any temp, nor does it go up in small increments, like 10 degrees. Don't waste your time unless you like hovering over the pan and constantly adjusting the temp to keep it cooking and not burning.

Pros: (See orig post below) After going through the hassle of the faceplate replacement and subsequent sub-part assembly swap out. I replied to the email from DIYPC and told them of my problems. They responded and apologized and most surprisingly offered me a full refund for my problems. WOW! That's customer service, so why you ask the second review with a DOWNGRADE in "eggs"...?

Cons: ... Because they offered the refund, but I have yet to receive it! The replacement parts showed up in in like 5 days. It's now been weeks, and no further emails, nor any additional correspondence via snail mail. Sorry guys, make an offer to appease a customer... BIG plus, failing to follow through... BIGGER minus.

Overall Review: Stick with brands you know.
