Pros: It worked great when it was working.
Cons: I bought this SSD in 11/12, at the end of May '14, it suddenly stopped working. So basically is ONLY worked for a year and I half before I lost all my important files. I wanted to call Transcend on this, but there is NO phone number listed on site. I e-mailed them, and they told me to take the issue with NewEgg, which was absurd since their return policy is only for a few months after purchase. Anyway, since it was well within the manufacturer warrenty, I submitted an RMA with Transend, and mailed it last Tuesday. According to tracking, they received the HD that Thursday. However, I have not received ANY status update from them. There is a link they gave in the RMA info e-mail they sent last week to see the status, but it just took me to the RMA submittion information page. I sent an e-mail (because again, I CANT CALL THEM), requesting information, but I've received no responce. Do not buy this product. It's defective and their customer service is horrible.READ FULL REVIEW
