Pros: Gigabit Ethernet, wireless N, DD-WRT compatible. Cheap for a refurbished.
Cons: Dual band, but not simultaneously. No usb.
Other Thoughts: Bought to replace one of my WRT-54G's at my home. Threw DD-WRT on it and now i have Wireless N wifi out in my garage, and so far no complaints.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: WD My Book Essential 1TB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive WDBAAF0010HBK
Pros: Cheap, WD, 1TB, 3.5" HDD
Cons: No Firewire or eSATA...
Other Thoughts: Bought to make a nightly backup of my photo backup. Had a small server issue before purchase. Even though i didn't lose any data, i don't want to take any chances. Plan on buying a few more so i can swap the backup out bi-nightly so i may take them off site. Overall a great drive for backup. If it fails, all you have to so is buy a new drive, throw it in the enclosure, and your still saving $$.READ FULL REVIEW
