This review is from: ASUS Z170-P LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: -Cheap Z170 Board
-Easy Install (When working)
-Fairly intuitive BIOS
-Has most essentials
Cons: -Apparent DOA rate
-Only 4 Sata (No SATA E)
-Only 4 usb (+1 C) on rear I\O (Though there are 2 usb 3 headers and 2 usb 2 headers inside)
Other Thoughts: First board was DOA, Newegg was wonderful as always and I had the replacement board about a week later without hassle. Second board seemed to have been QCed by Newegg (QC sticker and an opened anti-static bag), so it seems to me there really is a high DOA rate on these boards, so buyer beware.
If you're in no rush, this is a perfectly capable budget board, but I can't honestly say I'd buy it again due to the lottery.
I've yet to test M.2 or USB-C, but the basic features seem to all be working fine with an i7-6700k and 2x4gb ddr4 (Though I should probably test the other two DIMM slots.
This review is from: Sennheiser CX 301 Noise Isolating In-Ear Headphones - Black
Pros: Got them cheap on sale, sound great fitted with some comply foam tips. I'm sure the ones that come with the earbuds are fine too.
Sound a bit better than my SoundMagic PL11s (I believe they have the same driver?) and much better than my Klipsch S3s
Cons: Asymmetrical cords (left side shorter than right), but thats no biggie.
Other Thoughts: Definitely worth it on special (I think I paid a bit over $16?) At full price I'd look at the PL11sREAD FULL REVIEW
