This review is from: Syma S033G Gyro Metal Frame 3.5 CH XL RC Helicopter with LED lights-Red,Yellow
Pros: The So33G is a huge heli. It is extremely easy to fly and looks good.
Cons: The one I purchased from DIRECTBUY has a defective charger. I called and although they were very polite and tried to be helpful, they insisted it was not.
There is a red and green light on the charger. They both come on as soon as the charger is plugged in and don’t change at all. No way to tell when the battery is fully charged. If that’s not defective then it’s a major issue that can cause the battery to be over charged!
The landing gear is cheap and flimsy! Mine broke and I have had NO real crashes. Pretty disappointing but these helies are more of toy than an enthusiast heli.
Don’t even think about flying it outside with even the slightest breeze!!!! It will end up blocks away!
Other Thoughts: Unless you have an area INSIDE with plenty of room or can wait for a perfectly calm day outside to fly this heli, I wouldn’t suggest it. Due to the size of it, it’s going to be difficult to find a suitable area to fly.
It looks cool sitting on top of my desk though! Aside from the now broken landing gear of course….
Pros: 1.Runs nice and cool.
2.Exhausts the hot air outside of the case.
3.8/6 pin power connections
4.Smooth as butter (if you are not running 2560/1600) see cons.
Cons: I'm not sure where other reviewers are getting their information from but, I myself have caped the vRAM in Max Payne3, BF3, and other games at 2560/1600!
Sure ,if you don't want to run the games maxed out it's not an issue but, who wants to spend this kind of money and have to settle for less than the best?!
As for the backplate. The response from EVGA IS INCORRECT!! They DO NOT make a backplate that fits this card. The For The Win version has a longer PCB! The standard 680 backplate is too short!!! I find it VERY disappointing that EVGA would post such a misinformed response here.
Other Thoughts: If you're running a 580 3gb set up, I would suggest sitting this one out! Just my opinion. I purchased my 680 For The Win directly from EVGA and I'm having buyer's remorse. I just don't see these cards being "future proof" as newer more demanding game come out.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This is not a fourm! If you don't own it dont post!
Cons: Give me a break
Other Thoughts: The ANTEC 1200 is FAR from the perfect case.READ FULL REVIEW
