This review is from: PNY GeForce GTX 980 4GB CG EDITION
Pros: *Ran games extremely well even on a lower end computer build, was using a 6-Core Phenom but was still able to throw basically anything at this card and run it lag free on the highest settings.
Looks amazing fits perfectly into my NZXT Phantom 410.
Was running it with only a 600W PSU and still had enough power, huge plus to be able to run this with less power.
Cons: *While it did run games very well, I would often experience crashes, BSOD, and would only be able to play most games for 5-15 minutes before a blue screen. Never had any problems with my GTX 550 TI which is what I upgraded from, and after replacing and testing hardware in my build I eliminated all possibilities except for the graphics card itself.
Lots of coil whine when running anything that used DX9
The plate of metal that held the DVI, Display-port and HDMI connectors was bent upon arrival, but it looked more like a manufacturing problem rather than a shipping problem as the packaging was completely untouched.
Other Thoughts: I'm trying to RMA this card atm, but I'm hoping to be able to replace it with another GTX 980, if I can get a card that is not defective I would be extremely satisfied and would rate this card at 5 stars/eggs, but the number of problems and difficulties this card has caused so far has barely been worth the effort, if you get a card that has any of these problems right away, RMA it ASAP don't wait around and think you can fix it.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: HP GeForce GT 630 Graphic Card - 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express x16
Pros: Will work in most computers, but is not a low-profile card.
Decent performance in some older games such as Fallout 3, COD4, and such. But also some very good performance in games such as L4D2, and Portal 2.
Cons: The most you'll get is probably 90FPS in any game. So it's not really a great gaming card. BF3 will run at a decent 30fps on low @ 1440x900, but with a bit of lag.
Other Thoughts: Overall I would recommend this card to someone who does not need to run everything on the very highest settings, but is also not running the most recent games that came out today. If you are running games that are 2 or more years old, this card should do fine.READ FULL REVIEW
