Pros: - Fast!
- Mine runs at about 76 degrees C while under full load
- Does not throttle back speed due to heat
- Quieter than my other cards
- Feels sturdy in the hands

Cons: - Price is pretty high, but reasonable for a new product
- I sometimes get sparkles on my screen during 3D games

Other Thoughts: I have always loved EVGA products and support. I have owned a few of their products in the past and have utilized their support as well. Both were excellent, especially compared to some other video card vendors out there. I love this card and the performance I get from it. It runs all my current games with no problems between 70 and 140 frames per second, depending on the game and the settings and situation.

I play games on my ROG Swift PG279Q monitor at 2560 x 1440, at up to 150 Hz using Gsync. Love it. The games I currently play include Battlefield 4, Doom (2016), Rainbow Six Siege. Everything is smooth, and framerates are all high. What more could I ask for? I expect to play Battlefield 1 when it comes out later this year, and this card should handle that easily for me too at 1440p.

The only minor issue I have seen is that sometimes when I play, I see a little bit of white sparkles on the screen - sort of like the old white noise effect on TVs. It is very faint, and usually only lasts about 5 minutes before it goes away. It also happens about 1 out of every 2 play sessions. I suspect the card may be over-working a little. It's a little distracting, and I'm debating whether I should ask for an RMA, or whether I should just turn down the performance a little bit to see if it goes away. Since the card is already well overclocked from the factory, I might be willing to "under" clock it a little to see if that helps. However, if I do decide to RMA the card, I have confidence that EVGA will replace it promptly and without hassle, based on my past RMA experiences with them. Normally, I wouldn't hesitate to RMA it for this issue, but since the stock is still low and they are hard to get, I may wait a little for them to become more easily available before I make a final decision.

Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and am glad that I will be ready for BF1 when it comes out and that all my current games are running well and with high frames per second.

Pros: Looks good, stays cool

Cons: This card does not work. Mine keeps crashing my system and crashing my games. I play Battlefield 4 and before I got this card, I had no issues. Then after this card I spent weeks trying to figure out why my game and computer kept crashing. I thought it was related to the game bugs, but once I finally removed this card from my system and replaced it with a different brand card, I never got a crash in my game or on my computer again. Unfortunately, I can't return to Newegg because it's over 30 days, so I have to RMA the card to Gigabyte. I sure hope the 2nd one I get (assuming they replace it) will be better.
If I could, I would get my money back and go with another brand. Don't buy this card if you can help it! You may have nothing but headaches. Just search Google for problems with this card - there is a thread at the nVidia forums where a bunch of users are having problems with this model. Artifacting, crashes, etc.
STAY AWAY and with me luck with my REPLACEMENT!

Pros: Easy to Install
Excellent Performance
Performs even better than I expected
Supports G-Sync
Supports Shadow Play

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought this card to replace my two existing Radeon 6970 cards that I was running in Crossfire. I presumed that this card would perform about equally with my existing Crossfire setup, but I was wrong. I play and a lot of Battlefield 4. When playing BF4, I like to have the "Battlescreen" up on a second monitor while I play on my primary monitor. With the radeon cards, this would cause performance issues and some stuttering, but with this card, it is as smooth as silk. I can easily get playable framerates in BF4 while using the Battlescreen. The card is also practically silent, and stays relatively cool. I also love the Shadowplay feature for recording my sessions. Works great, and is easy to use, and best of all, it seems to have little to no affect on the performance of the game.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased I went with this card, and I only regret that I didn't do it sooner.
