No Frisbees yet, Very fast
Pros: Like I said No Frisbees and they are the AZO dye ones so for archival of data, they are perfect.
Cons: wish they came in a 50 pack
Slowest drive case ever made
Pros: Its wireless
Cons: 1Mbps transfer rate on ethernet, wireless and usb. I don't know the electronics they use, but I think it must be pre 2000 stuff to get these blazing speeds.Note that it is NOT the drive. I get 40-50 Mbps plugging the same drive into my computer
Overall Review: Cannot read drive format with windows or Ubuntu machine. I could accept this case if I could read the format in another machine and transfer my Large files
DOA
Pros: Got Raiped on the return shipping cost. Not even worth returning when ship.
Cons: DOA, None of my 3 CPU's I tried would post. Even the fans would not turn on. LED's on board were lit up. ALso tried 2 power suplies.
Overall Review: It would be nice if newegg would not sell DOA product. THis is something I would expect from woot.
Junk
Pros: None
Cons: works fine on initial plugin. When I actually transfer large files it disconnects and get the error "drive is not available anymore". It does this on 3 machines. trying to get an RMA now since it started failing at 31 days of use.
Overall Review: Love my patriot 32 Gb Xporter. NOW THATS RELIABLE!. 4 GIG files no problem.
Very Unstable
Pros: Looked good on paper and had a good review at anandtech.
Cons: The review was wrong. It is extremely unstable. It would just reboot on its own. BSOD all the time. I ended up going to a Gigabyte motherboard with a REAL Intel chipset and ALL THE PROBLEMS WHEN AWAY using the exact same hardware and components. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOARD AND THE NVIDIA CHIPSET.
Overall Review: I am running the 3 GHz dual Xeon. Maybe it just can't handle it. I swapped out memory from a running quad core, new ps, pull all pci cards not needed, still had crashes. could not install vista.
