Pros: Plugs in and works!
Other Thoughts: I bought 4 of these to upgrade a DFI Infinity MB to 8G. DFI was vague about whether the board would support 8G, so I was nervous. But I plugged these in, rebooted, and voila -- 8G! If only all technology projects were this easy!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SimpleTech 160GB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive STI-USB235/160
Pros: Can mount as Linux drive and then backup with rsync.
Cons: Slow (even menu pages take several seconds to display & backups take hours). Firmware upgraded eliminated advertised features (like encryption). Died after 9 months (all data lost).READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SAMSUNG ML-3051ND Workgroup Up to 30 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer
Pros: Works great at first -- clear printing, few jams, reasonable toner prices.
Cons: Died after 2 years (noise, smoke, then no power). Power supply is not available from Samsung, so it's trash.
Other Thoughts: I had the ML-2551N (predecessor to this model with similar specs). Bought it from NewEgg, but can't reveiw it any more -- Samsung must delete products as soon as the warranty expires to prevent news of poor quality from spreading.READ FULL REVIEW
