This review is from: Auria 24" 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV EQ2488F
Pros: -Super Clear Digital Picture
-Easy to set up
-No Cable Box required
-Great viewing angle
-Super Great Price for 1080p
Cons: -Horizontal part of the stand is removable, but you still have the vertical part attached to the TV
-Analog picture is so so, but not any worse than any other HD TV
Other Thoughts: I have ZERO bad pixels. I own two other televisions. I have a 61" HD TV that is 1080i, connected to an HD receiver and I have a regular analog set, connected to basic cable television with no box. The Auria television is is also connected to basic cable television only.
When you turn it on, it does not automatically receive channels. You have to search for stations, which was pretty easy to figure out. When it searched, it found a digital equivalent for almost every analog station it found - and remember, it's connected to basic cable. In other words, it doesn't have a digital box. The picture quality of this television in digital is at least as good as my 1080i television in HD.
I wouldn't hesitate buying this television. In fact, I'm thinking of replacing my analog set with another one of these.
Several people noted the sound was weak and the remote wasn't great. I didn't notice any problems with sound and the remote does the job.
Pros: Extra Large Capacity
Ease of Use
TONS of Pre-Programmed Settings
Modern Look that blends well with other appliances
Cons: I can't really think of any
Other Thoughts: This microwave came to me with a door that didn't shut properly. Newegg sent me a return label and sent me a new microwave without question. I've only been using this one for a couple of weeks, but owned an earlier version of this microwave for many years without a single issue. I can't remember exactly when I purchased it, but it was at least five years ago. It still works great, I just gave it to my daughter for her home so needed a new one.READ FULL REVIEW
