Pros: it works. I tested with a SD test program and all 59+ billion bytes were read and verified.
Cons: the rebate process is ridiculous to say the least. You have to go online to fill out application, then download a rebate form and an instruction sheet. Then you have to sign the form and now get this "use the address label on the form" for the envelope. I would give Patriot a big ZERO is I can for putting its "valued" customer through hell!!!
So Patriot get this.. I will not buy another thing from you with such ridiculous MIR..
Other Thoughts: As you should be aware of 64 GB means 59+ billion bytes. I always wonder why this is not false advertisement regardless the "disclaimer" about GB.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: IDE support, HDMI and USB3
Cons: BSOD..BSOD..BSOD i loaded all the drivers I could find on GB site. Since my board is V5, there was no real updates but I applied them anyway. nothing chnaged.. I also switched from win 8.1 back to Win 7, again nothing changed.. the CPU is AMD4-core Athlon 3 GHz, 8 GB RAM, no add-in cards what so ever. Am I the only poor soul experiencing this?
Other Thoughts: sample of BSOD dump from Blue Screen viewer:
