This review is from: Logitech G400 Black 8 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical 3600 dpi Gaming Mouse
Pros: -Ergonomic design
-perfect amount of buttons for me
Cons: -side buttons easy to press (my wife wasn't use to this so I had to disable them from going back/forward in browser)
-front button a bit of a stretch compared and easy to hit rear button
Other Thoughts: I bought this since my old logitech (Logitech 930495-0403) mouse didn't seem cool enough for my new computer. It still worked fine.
Comfortable grip and right amount of extra features are just wanted I wanted.
I've not really used the on-the-fly DPI changing since it kinda threw me off when I first tried in game. I'll need some practice with it to determine if it will be useful.
--Great for multimedia and entry gaming
Cons: --None really. It performs as I expect it to. I was very careful with my selection and I knew what I was getting when I bought it.
Would be foolish to knock off an egg for it not being Quad core (See above)
Other Thoughts: I have been please with the performance for this chip.
The instructions were simple but clear. I installed and booted up my new build and its been working great.
I bought this for a entry-level (cheap) gaming/multimedia machine. I performs excellently at that. I play mostly older games (Day of Defeat) and haven't tried anything else yet.
I don't usually care too much to try to overclock because I feel the reward isn't worth the risk (is there a risk?), so can't comment on that.
Using this chip is my <$350 machine was a great choice and I'm very happy with its performance.
This review is from: Biostar Gift
Pros: --Braided Heavy duty cord
Cons: --Had to adjust to almost largest setting so it didn't squeeze my head (and glasses) and give me a headache
--it's bright blue
Other Thoughts: I'm not one to need the greatest audio gear and can't tell too much of a difference between the best and okay.
That said, these work great for gaming. I use them for FPS games and I can get full surround audio (well as good as the game can produce). The microphone works well for the in-game chat and TeamSpeak.
My head might be large but isn't huge. I had to make them almost full extended in order so they didn't squeeze my brain. So minus 1 egg for that. Perhaps in time they will loosen and not be so stiff.
They still are mostly comfortable and I wear them for 2+ hours often. Sometimes my glasses will get pressed into my ears which does hurt.
