NZXT RL-KRG10-W1 Sleeve Kraken G10 GPU Bracket

5 out of 5 eggs Thanks NZXT! 01/21/2015

This review is from: NZXT RL-KRG10-W1 Sleeve Kraken G10 GPU Bracket

Pros: So far I have not been able to get my EVGA GTX-670 4 gig FTW over 45 C at full load in BF4. All my other games run around 38 C. The best part and most important thing is that my computer no longer sounds like a jet engine. That alone was worth the $95 and a lot of effort to me. Thankfully I was able to keep my back plate on the card during installation. I paired the G10 with the Corsair H55 and am quite happy with the results. I would buy this again!

Cons: As some have said it is difficult to install but I really don't mind, I like a challenge! ;-) And since there really isn't a better option out there I can't discount an egg for that.

Other Thoughts: I am really glad someone came up with this solution! For the life of me I can't understand why the dragging of the feet when it comes to GPU cooling. After years of plug and play CPU cooling there is finally someone that took the challenge! I hope this opens the door to some more creative and versitile options down the road. It can only get better, I hope?

Pros: This is an absolutely superb HTPC case. Plenty of room for my mini ITX MOBO. Two slots for 2.5" drives with rubber mounts included. Using an external PSU on my ASRock MOBO so the only heat generated in this case is my 25 W AM1 CPU. This thing runs so quiet I'm not even sure it's running half the time. Very nice looking case aesthetically as well. LED readout is a nice touch IMO. Very clean and sturdy build. I will be buying another for sure.

Cons: No room for a 3.5" storage drive but no biggie. I added a network drive to keep all my videos and pictures stored there.

Other Thoughts: Build:
ASRock AM1H-ITX
AM1 AMD Athlon 5350 Kabini 2.05GHz Socket AM1 25W
