ThinkPad Laptop T Series T420 (4177QKU) Intel Core i5 2410M (2.30GHz) 4GB Memory 320GB HDD Intel HD Graphics 3000 14.0
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: Everything! Lenovo even put a little keyboard light on the top of the screen which you can tun on and off. Also, when the caps lock key is pressed it has a little light on it and a pop-up comes up on the lower right side of the screen telling you it's locked. This cap locked pop-up feature alone is worth the entire price of the laptop. This machine has everything right out of the box. It took less then 10 minute after unpacking it to get everything working perfectly. It arrived in half the time Lenovo predicted. I've never had such a computer so easy to use. Everything always works and fast. I even found a little program where you choose the gender of the partner you want to interact with and, well need i say more it was "good for me."

Cons: As is with most extended warranty's Lenovo's is a scam too. What happens is when you go to collect on the warranty Lenovo's service department tells you that you caused problems that aren't covered by the warranty which are required to be repaired before the warranted repairs will be completed. Of course, the cost of repairing "the problems you caused" is more then the laptop is worth. Maybe I will get burned again but this time I bought a 3 YR Depot + 3 YR ThinkPad Protection which is supposed to cover everything including accidental damage but not damage not involving a system's battery or any third-party devices. I just don't think the service department would claim damage involving a system's battery or some other third-party devices to get out of repairing something.

The keyboard has forward and back keys for browsers which causes me many problems. I wish I could somehow deactivate them.

Other Thoughts: WAKE UP FAT CATS!!! Lenovo wouldn't publish this on their website.

Have you learned - ONLY PURCHASE FROM NEWEGG.

Only buy from Newegg.

So what's so bad about the truth??
