This review is from: Cyber Acoustics ACM-1B Charcoal 3.5mm Connector Monitor/Lapel Microphone
Pros: I purchased this as an alternative to the headset mounted mic on my gaming headset. I have it mounted about 2 feet from my face and it picks up my voice very well with only using moderate boost. The sound quality is appropriate for this sort of mic. There is fair clarity, and the cord is plenty long enough for most stationary applications.
Cons: If you are looking to produce high quality voice recordings you obviously wouldn't want this mic. The adheasive on the back of the mic mount is pretty cheap and was easily bumped off where I had mounted it within a few hours. I replaced the adheasive with a higher quality adheasive to remedy that issue.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: HP BR384AA#ABA-B HD-2200 USB 2.0 WebCam w/ Microphone
Pros: Fair quality image (great for the price)
Good quality sound (excellent considering the price I paid)
Plug and play operation
Simple to operate and supported by HP
Cons: Hardly anything worth mentioning, but for the sake of putting something hdown here are the worst things I can say about this little camera.
Do not expect a 1080 quality image or Hi Fi sound quality for the price.
It is slightly bothersome trying to keep it still if you have to move you monitor frequently and have it sitting on top.
Other Thoughts: If you want something that will allow you to video chat then this is a great option. If your wanting to make detailed video you are looking in the wrong price point.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 3 of these support 3 PC systems running multiple operations simultaneously and driving 4, 30" monitor each.
Easy to set up and put into operation
Other Thoughts: 3 of these were were purchased to support PC systems that monitor extremely critical data center systems in a major retail company The PC systems each have 4 30" monitors and run multiple operations at one time and run 24/7. The monitor shows these would support these systems for approximately 30 minutes during a power failure situation. Setting these up only took moments and were pretty much plug and play.READ FULL REVIEW
