Pros: All USB3, Dual thunderbolt (if your doing hackintosh), No issues with usb controller or sata controller. Also has msata.
Cons: None. It didnt "come DOA" because I know what esd is and its kinda hard to mess this board up unless you dont know how to install a board.
Other Thoughts: Yeh I been reading for months how "bad" this board is but I been using the same gigabtye motherboard for 6 years without and issue and decided it was time to upgrade. Runs a 3570k without any issues and even automatically down clocked my 1866 memory to 1600 without much issue. Gigabtye is a good company and I think some people that complain about the board should go to some other company --->msi. Because Ive used msi mobos, they last....for like 2 yearsREAD FULL REVIEW
