Cons: -leans forward -slightly heavy

Overall Review: I've had this backpack for only a week and already got its full use! there are numerous well placed pockets for all your needs. The material is surprisingly durable and high quality. I'm not sure how rosewill is able to squeeze out this product with such low cost. The craftsmanship of the product goes beyond expectations. It is an incredible backpack for a college student, or anyone on the go looking for a sturdy laptop backpack with plenty of storage and great styling all at a low cost.

Enjoyable inside and out

Sennheiser HD201 Over-Ear Headphones
Sennheiser HD201 Over-Ear Headphones

Pros: -Comfortable / lightweight -Good noise-isolation -Decent sound quality -Slim around your head

Cons: -Cable too long for everyday use

Overall Review: These headphones have quite a comfortable fit, and a slim profile. They also cover your ears quite nicely for good isolation. Although the specifications show low impedance and high sensitivity levels, the headphones do not go very loud with mp3 players or the computer. I found the sound to be quite pleasing and fulfilling. These have quite good details that fill all spectrum of sound stage adequately. However, I did notice that they roll off in the bass quite a bit, and struggled to respond to low frequencies. However, you will not feel like the bass is missing; they are quite balanced overall, and will provide a pleasant listening experience. The cables are quite long for my taste..(perhaps it's intended for professionals on a budget? ;] ) However you may just use a cable tie or a twisty tie from the loaf of bread you bought to tie it up. No problems there. Overall, these are comfortable, good sounding headphones for their price. I thoroughly enjoy listening to them for any type of genre.

Design, Quality, and Performance.

Pioneer SE-CL721-K 3.5mm Connector In-Ear DJ-Inspired Stereo Headphone
Pioneer SE-CL721-K 3.5mm Connector In-Ear DJ-Inspired Stereo Headphone

Pros: -Lightweight -Great design -Comfortable fit -Good sound quality -Color differential for L / R (if you don't mind the red/black) -Decent cord that untangles easily after some use

Cons: -Plastic casing (durable regardless) -Connector end looks very cheap (could have unified design)

Overall Review: One of the best sounding earphones I have owned to date. These are definitely worth the money; especially through Newegg promotion, in which you will receive these at around $20.00. It has an appealing design with easy L/R differentiation. As someone has mentioned earlier, the Red cord is a bit brighter than I would like, but it's no deal breaker. These stay in your ears very comfortably; and it comes with 3 adjustable ear-pieces. The packaging, however, does not contain much else. Even a pair of 10$ earphones I bought years ago at least contained a small leather pouch for the earphones. With these, you will find that after all the effort to unbox the tight sealed package, there is nothing but the earphones and little ear pieces falling out as you rip open the box. Overall though, I am very satisfied with this purchase. If you are looking for great looking earphones with good quality and performance, look no further

Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2

SAMSUNG 4.2" Black 8GB Galaxy Player 4.2 YP-GI1CB
SAMSUNG 4.2" Black 8GB Galaxy Player 4.2 YP-GI1CB

Pros: -Beautiful design -Responsive screen -Expandable memory -Great battery life -Highly customizable -Loud stereo speakers -Built in equalizer / effects (sound alive) -Myriad of android apps -Supports dozens of file formats -Large screen but still pocket-able -Bluetooth connectivity -Low cost compared to competition

Cons: -Gingerbread not the newest system -2.0 MP camera -Display could be better

Overall Review: This device is simply beautiful on the table. On the first day I got it, many people came up to me just to ask if it was a new phone, and where they can find such a beautiful device. I had to spoil their dreams and told them it was just a media player (although Samsung Galaxy S3 looks very similar to this device), to which they gasped and asked what it was called. (I admit this device is not well known. In fact, I haven't met a single person who has it) Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2 is coupled with a beautiful responsive screen and a great android platform to make it one of the best media devices out there. Samsung did cut corners on several aspects; the 2.0 MP camera and the low resolution screen in today's standards. However, these factors are forgivable, as you will have no problems with viewing fine texts of a website, or taking pictures of your memorable occasions. ;] The expandable microSD card memory slot is a huge advantage compared to competition like Apple's iPod touch. The fixed memory on the iPod means upgrading the entire device, paying an extra $100 for just storage capacity alone. However, even then, you may run out of storage. With this device, you can purchase a 32gb microSD for around $30, and have multiple memory cards to suit your needs. Now THAT's how you meet the user's needs. And with the support of virtually all possible music / video formats, transferring media on this device is as easy as drag and drop; no intermediaries to give you a hard time. Now you can watch your favorite movies, and listen to your favorite songs for hours on end, with no limitations on memory or the type of files. After playing around with this device for a few days, I have to say that I am absolutely in love with it. Look no further for a media player. This is it.

Great Product, Great Price

Rosewill Brown / Gold Canal High Fidelity Passive Noise Isolating Rosewood Earbuds - RHTS-11002
Rosewill Brown / Gold Canal High Fidelity Passive Noise Isolating Rosewood Earbuds - RHTS-11002

Pros: -Good bass -High quality 3.5mm connector -Great noise isolation

Cons: -Mid / High lacking (equalizer will help) -Uncomfortable with prolonged use

Overall Review: You won't be disappointed with the bass. However, it lacks detail in the mid ~ high range and makes the sound a bit muddy. The rubber wires are quite thin and feel delicate. Noise isolation is quite incredible. Having the volume at medium levels, you won't hear a word coming out of a person next to you. This earphone is recommended if you are getting the discount / package and you do not already own a pair of earphones. In my opinion, these are not too outstanding, but gets the job done.

Affordable, High Quality Speakers

Logitech S-220 17 Watts 2.1 Multimedia Speaker System
Logitech S-220 17 Watts 2.1 Multimedia Speaker System

Pros: -Easy access power control -Separate bass volume control -Affordable -Small packaging / Portable -Easy setup (plug & play) -Great sound quality for the price

Cons: -Tiny sub-woofer will not impress anyone

Overall Review: I am a college student always looking for affordable items. After a thorough research of various 2.1 systems, I stumbled upon this very inexpensive, hard-to-believe setup. It may be too good to be true, but for $30 (sacrifice one or two late night Denny's runs), one can get this amazing sound system. The speakers do a great job in a dorm room on a Friday night to just blast your favorite music to get yourself noticed...(or in trouble for being too loud) I'm not an audiophile by any means, but the sound quality is decent; with all the bass-thumping necessary to get the mood up. With that said, the speakers are tiny; whether this may be an advantage or not, they don't impress when it comes to "who's is bigger and better". But most people are pleasantly surprised at the loud and crisp sound that this system is able to pump out. In conclusion, as a frugal college student, I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great time without blowing their life savings. ;]
