This review is from: Sonax TM-2800 Black 32" - 70" Low profile Wall Mount TV Bracket
Pros: inexpensive = affordable.
easy to install.
Cons: Cheap. May sound like inexpensive, it is not.
Documentation on how to use it and install seems to be close to nothing.
Other Thoughts: It keeps the TV too close to the wall and hanging by only the 2 upper screws out of 4. If you have an very old & large TV or plasma, stay away. My entry level Sony 50" LCD holds so far but I will not be surprised to see it on the floor some day.
I put the provided plastic washers (or whatever the name is in English) to keep it further away from the wall and avoid buying fancy L shaped connectors for hdmi, toslink or even coax. Without them, if your main connections are on the back, you will have big troubles connecting it to anything.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, by doing that I put more stress into the only 2 screws it holds it attached.
Pros: Retracting mechanism seem to work well, time will tell.
Light enough for drywall mount or, as I ended up after drywall, concrete ceiling mounted.
Cons: not 16:9, but I knew that, my projector is not either.
Other Thoughts: Manual, that can be good or bad, in my case good. I had no will to run more cables and I am tall enough to reach it and pull it down.
Not sure about image quality, seems fairly good.
I will probably use it very rarely.
I live in a rental apartment, size is suitable, projector is at ~4 meters.
This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: decent connectivity and PCI slots, 32 GB support, worked out of the box with 32 GB RAM, amd 1090T
Other Thoughts: This is my ESXi upgrade from i Q6600 8GB RAM to AMD 1090T 32GB.
RAID controller card PERC 5i recognized on PCI Express, ESXi 5 can work with its onboard network (realtek). Don't know about onboard SATA but I guess it should work fine in ESXi. I did not try it, but it seems it supports hardware pass through as well.
I am happy, works well with what I want to do with it. I hope it will last for a long while.
