Pros: Works perfectly with my custom Scuff Xbox controller. I play mostly on ps3 but love the ergonomic feel of the Xbox controller as opposed to the ps3 controller. The 360 controller just feels better to me, especially when playing FPS's (COD etc.) I haven't noticed any lag issues when using this controller online or off. Works flawlessly and as it should without a hitch.

Cons: So far so good, no cons i can think of.

Overall Review: The only issue that can be a bit annoying at times is the turbo switches. If you have little ones at home they may feel compelled to play with the switches and activate the turbo function. They're easy to turn off but that's not something one would want to do mid match. I just make it a habit to check and make sure the switches are on the off position before I play. Also, a side not for cod players (Black ops 2): This converter is compatible with tactical button configs and also works if you flip your ads and fire button configuration with the equipment button config. Works wonderfully and If this unit eventually died on me, I would no doubt purchase another.
