Pros: Performance isn't bad...ships with a 5.8 Windows User Experience right out of the box, which isn't great, but it doesn't take a lot to upgrade that level.
Cons: Terrible customer service from Asus, conflicting warranty and return policies between Asus and NewEgg, touchpad is absolutely maddening, Asus tech support is incredibly unqualified to help, NewEgg chat support was no help, had to call and fight with phone support, escalate, and still end up with a terrible solution which leaves me high and dry and out 2x the cost of the computer just to keep a laptop in my hands. Would never buy Asus again, may never buy a laptop online again.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Processing speed, graphics, good for video editing and motion graphics
Cons: Terrible touchpad - super sensitive and jumpy, constantly doing things I'm not trying to do, dragging and clicking because it thinks I'm using two fingers instead of one, poor sensitivity
Other Thoughts: It's really not bad, as long as you're using an external mouse. The touchpad sensitivity is way off, and it responds poorly and improperly whenever I use it. Would be a great computer for travel if not for that, but not very good away from a laptop-as-desktop setup.READ FULL REVIEW
