Samsung ML-1865w Workgroup Monochrome Wireless 802.11b/g/n Laser Printer

4 out of 5 eggs Good BW laser...not great 01/01/2012

This review is from: Samsung ML-1865w Workgroup Monochrome Wireless 802.11b/g/n Laser Printer

Pros: Prints and warms up fairly quickly...certainly more quickly than the inkjet it replaces. Compact, nice looking unit.

Cons: Unable to get unit to connect to my wireless network (XP SP3, 32-bit system). It identifies the network, allows me to input network key and then crashes to desktop. Emailed Samsung tech support who responded within 24-hrs, but their suggested solutions do not work. Would have liked wireless to work, but it's not a deal breaker.

Diamond CMW206 12
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: Item exactly as described; came will all hardware necessary to connect to variety of TV's plus mount baseplate to wall. Heavy-duty metal...

Cons: none to speak of; product is WYSIWYG

Other Thoughts: User error...this being my first foray into TV Hanging Land I didn't realize that 200mm x 200mm mounting grid is not standard for 32" TV's. I think mine's more on a 400mm x 400mm so I wasn't able to use the mount for the intended person...completely my fault for getting excited about a low price and ordering without verifying compatibility.

Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

5 out of 5 eggs Ergonomic bliss... 12/25/2011

This review is from: Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

Pros: Keyboard is really comfortable w/ nice leather-type wrist pad material. Lots of options to adjust position using feet and reverse angle support. Looks nice to the eye. Buttons are pleasantly clicky with tactile punchy feel when struck (at least relative to my previous cheap-o keyboard).

Cons: still getting used to the f-keys and microsoft intellitype software (all the f-keys default to non-f-key behavior...just wish they'd behave like f-keys out of the box, eh!); zoom button doesn't seem to work universally
