Pros: Could be overclocked pretty well
Stayed under 70c
Serial number based warranty, always a good thing. No proof of purchase required for RMA.
Cons: Horrendous coil whine
Fan rattle, even at idle speeds.
Other Thoughts: This is my 2nd Gigabyte Windforce card I've RMAd in a row.
The first one was the 780 ti Ghz edition, which was so bad it was unstable at STOCK SPEEDS.
Stay away from Gigabyte.
Go with Asus. The Directcu2 may perform worse, but at least there's no coil whine or fan rattle to be had.
Pros: Amazing card when it works.
Cons: HORRIBLE OVERCLOCKER. Seriously this card is incapable of overclocking in any way.
Add +10MHz to the memory, nope Unigine valley crashes.
Can't add anything more to the add either,
Also the factory overclock is unstable and is producing artifacting in Unigine Heaven and making my games crash
Pros: Corsair's legendary customer service as always. Always the nicest person on the phone.
Cons: Newegg sent me the old model(TX750) instead of the V2 which I ordered.
So bad Newegg.
The PSU I got was DOA anyways.
