Pros: Fast, reliable, reasonably priced

Pros: Nice appearance. Easy drive access.
Cons: It doesn't work. I loaded it with 8 4TB WD Red drives and all it ever did was complain about them failing. They test fine in computers.
I called Rosewill and they suggest I wiggle the connectors and buy all new drives.
I just carried it to the dumpster after a year of wrestling.
Other Thoughts: Forget the whole ESata idea. Hook directly to your network via gigabit or if you don't have a network, use USB 3.0
ESata was a good idea whose time never came.
