ASUS Google Nexus 7 Tablet 32GB - Brown
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

1 out of 5 eggs Dissappointed 02/20/2013

This review is from: ASUS Google Nexus 7 Tablet 32GB - Brown

Pros: When it works it's fast and fun to use.

Cons: Screen has become unresponsive. It's outside of neweggs' return window. I didn't buy this one from Google play which means they won't touch it. And I can't seem to get Asus to do anything about it. Last time I'm purchasing anything like this from Google, Newegg, or Asus.

Other Thoughts: My first one was perfect till I dropped and broke the screen. I knew I should have bought this from the play store and not from Newegg.

Coboc 15 ft. USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Extension Cable (Black)
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

5 out of 5 eggs Please research before buying 11/21/2012

This review is from: Coboc 15 ft. USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Extension Cable (Black)

Pros: Long cable if you need it.

Cons: Too long for most people that don't know any better.

Other Thoughts: Please research people. There are two reviews here that obviously didn't know ANY USB cable over 16ft needs to be powered for devices to work properly. By the time you add in your device which has a 4-8 ft cable you will be over the length USB can power reliably.

So research before giving a bad review.

ASUS RT-N66U Dual-Band Wireless-N900 Gigabit Router, DD-WRT Open Source support, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Very good range, best of any router I've used from Buffalo and Linksys. Easy setup, intuitive interface, and it just works.

Cons: Mainly a personal thing, but tired of everything coming with blue LEDs. Would be nice to have an option to dim or turn them off all together. Does get a lot warmer than previous routers but doesn't appear to be an issue.

Other Thoughts: For the price I think this thing is top of the heap as far as I'm concerned. Yes the cheesy name and appearance are not indicative of performance. ;-)
