Pros: Fair price for the storage you receive. NAS specific drive.
Cons: I read the reviews, should've listened although the price seemed right. I purchased two of these for my NAS system under RAID 1. The drive failed and would not mount. Tried it as a stand alone on my Windows machine, drive inaccessible thought he other drive formatted just fine.
Starting the RMA process...Sheesh.
Other Thoughts: I have typically had good success with Western Digital drives as they've had the lowest failure rate amongst the moderately priced/quality drives within the same class from other manufacturers.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I cannot believe the performance I get out of this card for the lower price! Just a couple of months ago I almost dished out more money for the GTX 570 2.5Gb model, glad I waited! It seems to be a better overclock-er than the 680 and beats it in several games...of course better drivers down the road may change all that.
Cons: Fan can get a bit loud and "whizzy" sounding.
*Overclocking the card can get a bit wonky as you are adjusting the ratio of the the boost. The core clock was reported to be 705 MHz by all my software monitoring tools. I installed EVGA Precision X and monitored in game performance, and the clock did indeed boost as it should.
Other Thoughts: Very happy with this purchase and will be buying a second one soon to SLI. BF3 here I come!READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very Nice price for the amount of power you are getting. Corsair is a great company and a pleasure to work with.
Cons: Unfortunately, I am having serious stability problems. I am running a 780i F.T.W mobo with a pair of GTX 260s in SLI. Everytime I play a 3D game the computer will reboot within 2 to 10 minutes of gameplay. I have double checked / reconnected all cables... When I put my old Ultra 750 LSP back in...no issues. The PC runs fine for hours with no trouble. This only happens when the 950w is installed. I may have gotten a lemon.
Other Thoughts: For the gentleman who has "Awesome" in his description, it is pretty rude to tell people to shut up when they give an honest review of the product. And no one cares what certifications you have.
I too am having some issues but still hold Corsair as a high favored company. I am simply giving my experience with the product. I am actually trading this one in for an Corsair HX850.
