Cons: The microphone was so bad that my Zoom host refused to allow me to further appear on it for work. Not a settings problem. Was all hardware. Overexposure on contrast and brightness. Could not discern 720 or 1080 on any monitor. My years‘ old Logitech never had a problem with video or mic prior to this attempt to upgrade it, and that low tech cost cents on the dollar prior to the pandemic. Will send this purchase to the dump rather than return. Rarely before let down by such a highly promoted Newegg item. Been a purchaser for years.

Overall Review: Sadness.

Pros: Best price on site. According to Windows, I'm copying at 8 GB/s. Seems faster than class 6. Came in my mailbox, so didn't need to sign for it.

Cons: Don't recognize the brand. Feel like I'm going out on a limb.

Pros: Storage devices work great with it. Number of ports is awesome. Serves my purpose for the price.

Cons: The disc with the drivers are corrupted as other posts say. Had to download the drivers from the website. Needed to translate the website from Thai. Had to download a wierd unzipper as the files were compressed in an arc form and not zipped. Have trouble with blue tooth adapter, keyboard and mouse dongles.

Pros: Newegg took it back.

Cons: Black screen of death. No response from XFX technical support. Too much of a power drain.

Overall Review: Had been an AMD and XFX user for 10+ years. This forced me to switch over to NVIDIA for less power requirements and lower price. No regrets from the lesson learned.
