Coboc 15 ft. Optical Toslink Male to Male Cable - 5.0mm OD (Black)

  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

1 out of 5 eggs Broke within a month. 10/05/2013

This review is from: Coboc 15 ft. Optical Toslink Male to Male Cable - 5.0mm OD (Black)

Pros: None.

Cons: Connected once, disconnected once; broken.
The force it takes to route a cable out of the back of an RV-02 should not be enough to break it. This thing is far to fragile to be a cable.

Sennheiser Black MM 550-X Around-Ear Foldable Wireless Bluetooth Travel Headphone
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Expectations met. You could get better audio quality for the same price with a wired set, but for Bluetooth these are remarkable. Probably the best wireless headphones on the market. These make wired beats studio headphones sound like cheap buds in comparison.

Cons: Not so hot with SRS.

Other Thoughts: Pricey, but when you consider the extras you're getting, and the price you'd pay for a set of good cans with an amp to do them justice, I'd say these are appropriately priced.

Crucial RealSSD C300 2.5
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: These have been awesome. I bought them a year ago for raid 0 and they have been nearly flawless. No degradation, no stutters, nothing. I set them up on Sata II R0 to get better speeds than Sata III, since Sata III didn't have proper raid support -- no fault of Crucial, it's a motherboard thing.

Cons: Not really a con. With all SSD's it's important to update your firmware and set up Windows to treat your SSD's properly to prevent degradation. Many of the problems you see are likely a result of that.
The only con here is price. Two of these were a thousand dollar bomb, and there are cheaper drives available now of better performance. Still, I commend Crucial for these, they were the best at the time and are still treating me well. At this level of performance, "more" becomes irrelevant.
