Pros: - Look cool
- Move a lot of air
- Cooler Master
Cons: - Very loud
- 2 started rattling very bad within a weeks time
Other Thoughts: Since I installed these in my PC my temps have dropped, but the noise level has increased dramatically. These things are very loud, and 2 of them are rattling already. You get what you pay for I suppose.
I am in the process of ordering Rosewill 120mm with 2 ball bearing and fan control for 2 more dollars to replace these.
This review is from: Enermax ETS-T40-BK Black 120mm Twister CPU Cooler with TB Apollish Blue LED PWM Fan
Pros: - Looks awesome.
Cons: - Xigmatek sd963 cools way better.
Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace a Xigmatek SD963, but this fan gave me way higher temps. I reated it several times. I cleaned off the thermal grease and reapplied. I did everything I could think of but nothing mattered. I don't know if its the black coating, or the fan that it comes with, but something about this heatsink/fan SUCKS! Good luck if you are buying it.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: - Looks cool
- Good cooling *similar to Rosewill Challenger*
- Nice big window
Cons: - No back plate for cable management. (makes cable managing fairly difficult.
- The plates that you have to remove for your video card are cheap, and caused me to almost bend/break the backside of the case.
Other Thoughts: Make sure to remove the pci express covers for your DVI/HDMI hookup before installing your motherboard. If you don't you will wind up in a sticky situation similar to me.
- You will need to buy 4 120MM case fans to get this thing where it needs to be!
