Pros: Most reviews are good about this psu from a performance point of view.
After having it running in my Ivy bridge system for over a year of regular using, it's been holding itself up strongly. 3770+gtx780ti SLI
Basically, it gets the job done fine without problem, no heating, no picky mb or shortage of power.
Cons: It comes with RED pcie cables while Platinum series comes in standard black.
The pcie 8 pin has capacitors, if you are looking for custom sleeving, be aware.
Although appearance is subjective, and most users don't look at their psu ever, but I don't like the look of this psu is pleasing.
Other Thoughts: So basically, this psu is not manufactured by EVGA themselves but by Superflower. Especially, in the Asian community this OEM company has not much of good reputation. But like I mentioned mine own experience with this unit was good, and EVGA has the best customer support I've known in the entire PC industry.
I think as a high-end psu this one is perfectly fine, however, for modders or people who 'actually' need this much power headroom, you should look into a 80+plat psu which offered with features.
Pros: this is the fan for high fpi Rad or thick Rad, Price is very nice compare to most brands and it looks awesome.
Cons: Noise if you don't lower the speed, but if you want low speed, buy the quiet edition then. U need a bit careful when mounting it, so you don't damage the anti-vibration rubber part of the mounting hole
Other Thoughts: It delivers very good quality with relative lower price, but the noise could be notice because of the static pressure. It drives air hard enough without making noise, but what I found it the air will run into the obstacle and make noise. It is very minor issue and I don't think it's this fan's problem. However, if you are planning to buy a good static fans on a rad below 30 fpi, go for the quiet edition, above that, mostly you want this one.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: As the second less expensive Phantom series . It does a great job on its quality. The color looks very good and outstanding. It obviously doesn't look as shining like the picture on the website. Front drive bay door is very good looking that you barely will notice it.
Cons: Bay door seems to be a bit hard to close. The spring works really well when you open it. I guess that's the reason why it 's a bit hard to close it. NZXT. really should make all the HDD cage being able to be removed not just that particular middle one.
Other Thoughts: Function-wise, I believe you can find better case at the exact same price tag. This case looks gaming, if you don't like the style of it. This case is probably a really bad one to you. On the other hand. I myself like the style which turns out to be a good option to me. Overall, it's really just a mediocre case which I won't recommend. But like I said, worth or not really depends on how much you credit the look of it.READ FULL REVIEW
