gtx 680' s set of two in sli
Pros: this card has alot of bang for the buck im running two in sli just bought a trid because i have two dell u3011 monitors running at 2560/1600 and gamming is stunning i also have the 3960x from intell and i was nervous getting cutting edge but im glad i did if you have the money i would recommend these cards with this CPU so far after 6 months everything a little overclocked i have had not one problem I bet if you wait about two months they will drop again in price i alos have the 560 TI running in sli with a assus board 2gb each again great cards for the money that setup has the 2600k overclocked to 4.5 and is super fast again very happy thansk again newegg
Cons: I wish I had the money for two 690's LOL always wanting more none that I have had so far thanks neegg great site great prices wide selection of pc parts allthough i see you have alot of items out of stock is this good for you because you are selling them all or bad for us becauseyou are getting rid of all your incventory anyway good luck and thanks again
worked long enough for return to run out
Pros: everything was working fine except that you cant tun ssd in raid 0 overclocks to 4600 with h100 cooling has more bugs then i care to talk about/ Every thing is made so cheap and sold for top dollar msi is no different would not even talk to me on the phone
Cons: board did not last more than a month
Overall Review: how big companys get away with selling this is beyound me every thing i tryed to do was a great disapointment
GREAT CARD FOR THE PRICE
Pros: THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT A CARD I M RUNNING TWO IN SLI AND HAVE HAD NOT ONE PROBLEM. AS FAR AS GAMMING GOES RUNS ALL THAT I HAVE TRIED EVEN ALL NEW GAMES INCLUDING NEW BATMAN AND MAX PAYNE 3
Cons: I PAID A LITTLE MORE. PRICE WENT DOWN IN THE 6 MONTHS I HAVE HAD THEM ONE OTHER THING IS YOU CAN ONLY RUN TWO OF THESE IN SLI SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY THREE OR FOUR
MSI POWER II WITH NO PROBLEM
Pros: I just love when peope wake up in the morning and decide IM going to build a computer how had can it be all i have to do is google on how to build it even after reading all the reviews they sounded like people that had gotton in over there head this board is cutting technology so if you have neer built of maybe built a few this should have been a project for someone with over 10 years of experience or have an IQ over 130 and can read every part you buy for this board has to work together EVEN THE RAM .
Cons: None that i have not been able to overcome
Overall Review: I love this board well thought out looks cool had more than i could ever use just make sure you get a giant case this is a xl atx board thats extra large ATX I have a switch 810 and it has lots of room also have a1200 watt PS a water cooling system and 7 fans tems are great i first bouth the asusasus extreme iv and it was DOA so i did some reasearch and MSI it was glad i did LOVE IT thanks MSI and newwegg
one of the lucky ones
Pros: Booted up right away everything worked even all the software I was very worried I have always went with asus and also did this time but the Maximus V Extreme worked at first then doa after boot up so I was upset and did alot of research i came up with this one. also the price was ok for the quality of the board we have to remember this is the newest technology that is a big frist to buy yhe first of anything. Anyway I have been happy there has been no big problems so far and it has been over 6 months. Also this board is a giant so make sure you get a big case I think asus is a great commpany and if this board goes belly up imgoing to try the asus again hopfully by then they work the bugs out
Cons: same as always all the problems that come with first of anything i have to be honest and say I'am one of the lucky ones. To be honest I still have an asus back up PC the Maximus V formula with a 920 LGA 1155 cpu i use only for gamming overclocked ofcourse I love both my machines
Overall Review: i have been building pc's for over 15 years and just wating. the technolgy grow by leaps and bounds has been amazing. all in all this board has a great many features and seems to be well thought out and built
MSI BIG BANG
Pros: I have had not one problem with this board from day one started right up and everything worked unlike the assus IV
Cons: NO overclocking from what i have been able to do I have it at 4.0 from an intel 3960x 3.2 with turbo I was exspecting a lot more from this 370 dollar board
Overall Review: i really wish the asus would have worked becase i have another asus board and it as fast if not faster than tis in withch i spent thousands so all i have to say to msi is noce forst board for the 2011 but you missed alot for this us gammers were looking for but nice try
