Pros: hella fast, no hints of rebellion since I broke its spirit and got it installed
Cons: not exactly effortless to install on my P8Z68-V, took a half dozen tries and a few hours reading different people's comments on various forums to find the combo of settings which got it running for me
Other Thoughts: I was previously running with SSD caching using a dedicated intel SLC 20gB drive, but had a couple instances of data corruption from unexpected shutdown or crashes while data was being transferred. I knew I was taking that risk when I set up my cache drive, and boy did it work when it was running properly, but it was no less unplesant to get the system back up and running after such an event.
Installing this PCI-E SSD took a full evening - probably about 6 hours of re-installing Windows and trying configurations, but its wasn't too bad and I knew what I was signing up for again when I ordered the drive.
