Pros: 12v rails are solid.Top quality unit, one of the best sold,
Has quality parts inside.
Cons: Cables aren't sleeved to the end,but its ok cause i sleeved them with electrical tape neatly.
Other Thoughts: I took the liberty to run some tests on this unit and the results were outstanding.12v rails are the most stable than any other unit i tested. On idle 12.27 and load (@ 900W) they were 12.18,thats rock solid.
The psu is the most important part of your build, don't skimp on it !!
Pros: Many pcie slots, chipset was relocated to near bottom of board ,huge slab of copper heatsink over NB,nf200x2,Sb.
Cooling is excellent for me and I'm on air!!
Cons: realtek lan. No problems whatsoever so far.
Other Thoughts: OK , the guy who posted that this board doesn't overclock
and that it over heats must be living in the desert with no AC,or doesn't have a clue,or should get a better case. I'm running SLI,2X GtX 295's , I7 975, SB X-FI sound card, and on 1st try i hit 4.2gigs 166X25 with HT on with no sweat, my temps on cpu were 38 to 43 c,board temps were 37c on load, on air!!!
Ive owned the p6t Dv2 and the RIIE . The RIIE was a lot hotter than this board by far because theres no need to install cards next to each other with the P6T7.
Slot 1 and 5 for GTX295 @16X,Slot 4 sound card and there all cool and happy!!
