Pros: No problems whatsoever.
Cons: Would have liked to see some foam material in the box to protect the parts.
Other Thoughts: Was worried about purchasing this based on it's lower egg rating relative to other mobos in this price range. But after installing all of my components, I had no problems with my first ever build. The very first boot had an unreadable screen resolution, but it was quickly solved by restarting.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Fractal Design Define R4 Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Pros: Insulated interrior. Very spacious, much more room than I had expected. Overall a very clean design aesthetic. Clean paint job. Quiet. Good design quality, but not great.
Cons: The red light from the power indicator 'bleeds' through the front of the case. From an aesthetic point of view, this makes the product look cheaper.
The door on the front of the case is plastic, and it is bowed outward, so it does not sit flush when it is closed.
I like detailed instruction manuals. This doesn't have one. I had no problem installing my first build ever, but it would have been nice to not have to search other customer's YouTube videos on how to install the components in the particular case.
Hardly a con, but there is no case speaker. I know this costs a few bucks, but then why is one not included? Again, I had no problem with my first build, but if the speaker was needed for troubleshooting, then I'd be out of luck.
Other Thoughts: A citation from the product manual: Brands like Georg Jensen, Bang Olufsen, Skagen Watches and Ikea are just a few that represent this Scandinavian style and efficiency.
I was hoping for a case with the design quality approaching a Mac Pro (in spirit, not appearance), and didn't even set my expectations as high as the other Scandanavian brands manual references above.
