Pros: Lots of space, great cable management, external hdd bays, great look. This is a great case that is almost a full tower case. Setup was easy and quick.
Cons: The instruction manual could be done better. It was pretty basic and not helpful for getting the computer running.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Works great when connected. Decent Speeds.
Cons: Worked with both of my 2.5" HDD's at first (Couple of days) then stopped working with one of them. The hdd indicator light stayed lit on the HDD like it was stuck trying to read the drive. The computer kept saying the drive needed to be formatted. I checked the drive with two different USB external enclosures (the ones I was replacing for this device) and they both read the device. The HDD (Samsung Spinpoint 4 HM640JJ) worked fine on my old usb 2.0 enclosures but would not work at all with this device.
Other Thoughts: I am RMAing it for a refund and will purchase a more reliable product.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The adapter runs well - easy install. Quick connectivity and fast speeds. Does not lose connection like the usb version of this product.
Cons: The only downside to this (and the TEW-621PC card as well) is the software utility. It does not provide an efficient way to troubleshoot problems, and this utility says it is for the Trendnet 621pc card instead of the 623pi (they are the same utility but you would think a simple name change is not a difficult thing to do).
Other Thoughts: Installation manual does not provide proper installation instructions which could lead to significant damage to one's computer. It simply says to turn off the computer, open the case, and install the card. This leaves out the vital steps of unplugging the computer and power supply and grounding yourself to avoid static electricity buildup.READ FULL REVIEW
