EVGA 04G-P4-2744-KR GeForce GT 740 Superclocked 4GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: *True Single Slot Design
*Good Temps
*High Core Speed
*Large 4GB Memory Buffer

Cons: *Memory Bandwidth is so low it's almost embarrassing.

Other Thoughts: It's a few bucks more than the 2GB version. This is noticeably faster than the 1GB Geforce GT 640 I upgraded from, despite having slower memory. It's not much of a difference, but it's there. You can play most modern DX11 Games on Medium settings @1080p with playable frame rates. Just remember that this card by design is pretty crippled when it comes to memory bandwidth.

Cooler Master N200 - Mini Tower Computer Case with Front 240mm Radiator Support and Ventilated Front Panel
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Space for two 120mm intake fans, large graphics card, stylish. No wires connected directly to front panel.

Cons: Side and top fans limited to 15mm or thinner depending on your video card and cpu cooler. Only one USB 3.0 Port. It would be better with two. The fans included are only 3 pin. I think they should be the newer 4 pin.

Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - CPU Cooler with 3 Direct Contact Heatpipes
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

3 out of 5 eggs Average Cooler 03/28/2013

This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - CPU Cooler with 3 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Pros: Looks cool. Easy to install.

Cons: The fan leaks oil all over itself. There are large gaps between the heat-pipes so I had to use extra thermal paste.

Other Thoughts: Keeps my Celeron G540 @ 35-39 degrees Celsius. Not bad, but not very good either. Just average. I should have got the N520 but I wanted to try this one because it takes standard thickness 92mm fans.
