Pros: Speed, speed, speed.
Other Thoughts: When installing in a HP Elitebook 8570w, the BIOS does not have an option to boot first from the mSATA SSD. The workaround is simple though: take the HDD out of your laptop and image your mSATA SSD with the OS. Next, temporarly install the HDD in an external enclosure and then using Computer->Manage->Disk Management delete the partition (which was "bootable") and then reallocate and format. You can now install the disk back into it's bay in your laptop. The BIOS will attempt to boot from the HDD, see that there is no bootable partition, and then go looking other places (like your mSATA SSD) for an operating system. Problem solved.READ FULL REVIEW
