Pros: I do not own this monitor, however something needs to be cleared up about this bezel stuff.
Picture seems like it's great from what everyone is saying
Cons: This whole issue about the bezel is a misunderstanding, who knows who's to blame, but some things need to be said. To the guy that doesn't understand why people are complaining about the bezel issue. No, people aren't looking at the bezel if it's your only monitor. People like me, that want a thin bezel for a triple monitor setup......we want the smallest bezel there is. That's what you're not understanding.
People are upset because various advertising, sites selling the monitor, etc. are showing a painted picture on the monitor that shows the image only having a 1.2mm bezel. Even early LG advertisement/announcment photos showed a token korean girl standing next to the 27" and 23"....ok, so a real picture....and still the image on the monitor was painted to show only a 1.2mm bezel. This is misleading.
HOWEVER.....the people that are complaining, I understand their gripe as I was one of them, but still, they need to get a grip and chill, as even with the real bezel size of 11mm, this monitor has the smallest bezel still of any monitor (except $800 samsung 120hz kinds at 10mm).
So both sides have a point. Yes, the advertisement all over is misleading, but 11mm is still smallest bezel anywhere. It's still great solution for triple monitor gaming if DVI to HDMI conversion will work
Pros: Great airflow with the amount of included fans and their location
Screwless SSD/HDD drive mounting
Screwless Optical drive mounting
Very spacious around mainboard, PSU, and drives
Half inch space under the main tray to run cables and keep them out of the way
Great quality workmanship. This is one of the top full tower cases for airflow and cooling
Case provides nearly endless ways to fasten cables down with twist ties, or run them under the main tray. Well though out case
Love the ease of installing/removing SSD/HDD/optical drives in seconds and without screwing/unscrewing
Cons: Very minor issue, but the plastic fansteners that latch down over the vid cards and pci-e cards don't always hold the cards sturdy, sometimes the fasteners don't fully latch down.
Wish they would have just still left this area as regular screws to screw down the expansion cards so I leave all the plastic fasteners in upright position and use screws anyway
Pros: non-modular (this is a pro and a con, pro because modular designs can create voltage fluctuations and resistance at the modular contact point)
PCPower&Cooling quality and reliability
7 year warantee and 80 plus Silver rating, this is quality components inside here
Didn't have any problems with cords not reaching where I needed it like some people have with some Enermax PSU's.
Cons: non-modular (this is also a con because yes, would be alot cleaner in the case if I didn't have to have all the wires running everywhere.)
I don't use half the power cords of this guy, but I understand the issue of resistance and possible voltage fluctuations on modular designs. Can't have your cake and eat it too I guess
Other Thoughts: PCPower&Cooling is a single 12V rail company, and put their name on quality components. Sure, they may not make it themselves, instead slapping their name on something made by some unknown company in China or something, but it's still quality, excellent efficiency, is very quiet, and can't go wrong with 7 year warantee.
Enermax, Antec, and PCPower&Cooling are the best PSU's
