Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: Looks great and has plenty of ventilation but it will be interesting to see how the air flows thru the case with so many vents.

Tool-less drive mounting but only for the first CD, HD drive and fixed disk slots (3 total but not interchangeable)

Cons: Knurled screw for the side panel would have been nice.

Most of the standoff are built into the case so be careful not to strip them out.

Very light weight so I don't know how it will hold up.

Other Thoughts: For a few dollar more I should have purchased another Zalman 9 case but for $20 after rebate I guess I shouldn't complain!

ZOTAC ZT-60502-10L GeForce GT 620 Synergy Edition 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Max resolution 2560 x 1600 with 2 DVI outputs and 1 HDMI. Bought the card for the closeout price of $15 for a 600 series. It is a great way to add some life to your old computer and I am starting to build a good collection of these value cards from Newegg!

Cons: Passmark rating is not much higher than my Radeon HD 6450 but it gives me more details while gaming. Was able to use an accelerator from another GeForce card and boost performace with no stability issues.

Other Thoughts: Buying a card that I can game with without breaking the bank works for me!

5 out of 5 eggs Budget Builder 12/29/2010

This review is from: BIOSTAR G41M7 LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Worked out of the box with no problems. Came with a adapter for my case so the the mini ATX MB fit nicely into an older enlight case I had laying around. Booted windows XP from an old system and upgrade to Windows 7, 64 bit with no issues.

Cons: Wasn't able to make the front audio jacks (mic and ear phones) working because both the case and MB pins aren't labled very good. In Biostars defense this case is several years old and the pins are individualy broken out vs a connector type design which the board would easlily handle..

Other Thoughts: Used the new computer to transfer my home videos to DVD. Didn't drop a single frame because of the solid Intel CPU and MB performance. Thanks newegg!
system specs:
Biostar G41M7 MB
Intel Pentium E5500 Dual-Core Processor (LGA 775)
4GB OCZ Reaper 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 (PC800)
